Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the competition. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
